When I first started reading the book, I knew that this book would interest me. I knew pretty quickly that the book was military based. Soon after, I noticed that there was a love theme associated with the book, so I figured that the book would mainly circulate around it. I learned that this was one of many different themes, and they all molded together quite well. I knew it would be a good book right from the start.
